Beautiful renovation of historic building. Quaint and lovely village of Splugen. Nice ski area with new runs. Awesome hotel staff, especially Judith. Great restaurant with picturesque views. Clean, unique, and charming rooms. Comfortable bed. Good quality breakfast

This charming hotel boasts a beautiful renovation of a historic building, with picturesque views of a lovely village. The ski area is fantastic for all levels of skiers, with new runs that are well-maintained. The staff, especially Judith, was exceptional in their service and hospitality.
While the hotel has its good points, there were some aspects that were disappointing. The lack of Wi-Fi in certain areas of the hotel made it difficult to stay connected. The bathrooms in the rooms were not particularly well-designed, making it tough for older guests to navigate. In addition, many informational materials were only offered in German, which made it difficult for non-native speakers to plan.

The surroundings of the hotel are truly amazing – the views are beautiful and the village itself is charming. the design of the hotel is both interesting and unique, adding to its overall charm. the rooms themselves are clean and comfortable, with breathtaking views of the village below. the friendly staff always make sure to deliver excellent service with a smile.
Communication can sometimes be an issue with some staff members not speaking the same language.

Lovely Christmas Experience
Spent Christmas in a charming historic building perched on a hilltop overlooking a cozy village. The renovated interiors were beautiful and added to the festive mood. Enjoyed a comfortable bed and a satisfying basic breakfast. The picturesque views were stunning. The ski area also provided great runs to keep us occupied.
Small things add up and left us feeling that the management lacked attention to detail. Our arrival felt unwelcoming as the receptionist and other staff seemed more preoccupied with something else.
